Chester is a wonderful and sweet fellow who was found as a stray in Arkansas, and brought to a local shelter. As a blind and heartworm positive dog, he didn’t have much of a chance, and that is when BDRA stepped in! Chester had a two day transport to his foster home in PA, and he arrived safe and sound and ready for the next step in his life! Chester is a very loving boy who is house trained. He’s also very good with other dogs, cats and adores kids. He loves to cuddle on the couch while we’re watching tv, and he loves to have his belly rubbed, rolling over and over! Chester is currently being treated for heartworm and is somewhat hard of hearing, but he can hear the crinkle of a cheese wrapper or a potato chip bag! Chester has really come a long way and is ready for his very own forever home. He has so much love to give! If you are interested in having sweet Chester in your family, please fill out an adoption application!
