Update February 2020:
Loco is now completely housebroken. He is also trained in the use of wee pads. Loco may be adopted with Keko or on his own.
Loco and Keko are littermates that arrived from Puerto Rico. Loco has no vision or hearing issues. He is very protective of his brother and if Keko is out of his sight for too long he will go and check on him.
Loco loves to play with Keko, toys and other dogs. He is a very active boy and loves to run around in his yard. He is very high energy and would do best with a fenced in yard where he can run and play. Loco is very possessive of toys. If one of his foster siblings is playing with something he will want it and sit and bark at that dog until they give it to him or his foster parents take it away. He will also steal the toy – if he can, play with it for a moment and then find another toy to play with.
Loco is good with men, women and children of all ages and would be fine in a home with a playful dog. He would not do well in a home with a calm older dog because he always wants to play with them and doesn’t like to be ignored by them.
Loco is still learning to go to the bathroom outside and/or on wee pads. He was not trained at all when they arrived and Loco would rather run around like a crazy puppy and play with the others while he is outside and go on the wee pad when he gets back inside.
Loco was adopted on March 24, 2020.
