Olive is adorable, and sweet, and scared. Her owner died, and her owner’s family took her to the shelter and told them to put her to sleep.
She is very nervous at first meeting. It almost seems like she hasnt’ been around a lot of people. But she LOVES attention, and just wants people around her. She naps frequently during the day. She will sit in my lap for attention. She will lick my nose when I lay next to her on the floor. 🙂
Sometimes she’ll howl when she wants attention and no one is around. Not a lot, and not loud, just a couple woos so you know she’s there.
Olive is forever in our hearts.

Her bloodwork was good. Some minor elevations that could mean Cushings, but she has no symptoms of Cushings. Otherwise good for an old lady. Her X ray showed some arthritis in her back and a slightly enlarged liver. We don't know if she's spayed or not.

The lump on her leg is no big deal. And she felt a spay scar.
Olive was not super pleased at the exam, however. But we gave her treats so that helped.
I don’t think I shared this here yet.
The other day we went shopping and got home a little late. Her dinner time is 6:00. We got home around 7:00. She let us know she was NOT happy.
