Remi
Schnauzer mix
Available for adoption!
Remi is a very sweet boy! He loves to take walks, play with bones, and explore inside and outside. He LOVES his people, and wants to be around them all the time – he will follow you around the house, snuggle you on the couch, sleep with you – whatever he can get! With that does come some separation anxiety, but he’s done really well with a comfy bed and a little pen to call home and some soothing podcasts being played to him. As long as he can hear some voices he calms down and is comforted and quiet! He will occasionally bark or whine, but is a pretty quiet dog in general. Remi, since he is so recently blind and so young, is a little wary of other dogs on walks, but he is very good at walking on a leash and easy to lead away. He is house trained and is great at going outside on walks, but if he senses other dogs in the home he may mark. Because he loves his people too much, he does get a little jealous of other dogs in the home, and we would recommend he be an only dog in the home. Remi is a sweet dog who just wants his humans to be around all the time!
