Wendy is the sweetest little girl you will ever meet. She is always wagging her tail like a little helicopter! Her favorite thing in the world is to snuggle with her people and look for snacks! She is a diabetic but doesn’t let that hold her back. She is full of life and energy but can be a bit of a diva sometimes. She is very insistent that she be the center of attention at all times. She is great with dogs and cats, and has not met a person she doesn’t love.
She will take a lot of devotion and attention, as she needs lifelong medication and follow-up. We are currently working on getting her diabetes under better control, but are running into difficulties. She will soon be having a consultation with an internal medicine specialist, to see if there is anything additional we need to be concerned with.
Wendy has the biggest heart, and hopes there might be a little room in yours for a special girl like her!
