Dandy is fully vetted and healthy. He is fostering with a loving family and has mastered the stairs, loves car rides and can co-exist with kids, cats and dogs. He is independent, loving, joyful, playful and devoted to his people. He is housebroken and he responds to “it’s ok” and understands he’s safe. Dandy loves to roam around the back garden. He’s very friendly and loves affection. He walks on the leash and can pull a little. He is completely blind, but you’d never know it.
