Elsbeth is a 14-year-old Miniature Pinscher with a heart full of love and a gentle spirit. With her shiny black coat and classic tan markings, she’s a petite beauty looking for a peaceful forever home.
Though Elsbeth is blind in both eyes, she gets around just fine and quickly learns her surroundings. She takes eye drops twice a day like a pro and is incredibly easy to care for. This lovely lady is spayed and up to date on all vaccines. Elsbeth is mostly in-house "pee pad" trained and still has some accidents off the pee pads.
Elsbeth is great with other dogs and even cats, but her absolute favorite thing in the world is cuddling. Whether it's curling up in your lap, napping next to you on the couch, or resting in a cozy bed nearby, Elsbeth just wants to be close to her people.

Vision: Completely Blind
Cause: Eyes cloudy with discharge and vision loss
Vet Findings: Elsbeth takes eye drops and eye ointment twice a day. Absence of tear production in the right eye is suggestive of KCS, with discharge in both eyes and low intraocular pressure (IOP) of 4 mmHg bilaterally—raising concern for possible uveitis or end-stage glaucoma.
Elsbeth received vaccines and has had a dental and spay.
