Have you ever met a dog that is so happy to be rescued that he simply cannot contain his energy and trots around like a short clumsy deer wherever he goes?! Now you have! Stevie came from a house of horrors in Eastern Kentucky. His so called “home” was floor to ceiling covered in feces and urine. Unfortunately due to consistent exposure to high levels of ammonia and unsanitary living conditions, Stevie succumbed to his neglect resulting in complete blindness. Stevie is a sweet boy and loves his people! Quite simply he didn’t deserve the cards he was dealt but what we can do is make sure that the remainder of his time here on this earth is full of kindness, love, care, and cleanliness. We would love to find someone experienced with dog blindness to introduce this new world to this handsome little man! In return he will give you the cutest high stepped trots, big smiles, and a love that knows no limits.
